PUTTING PEOPLE AT THE HEART OF WHAT WE DO

VISION

Peoplework psychology is founded on the principle that people will flourish at work when the systems and processes that support them are inclusive, developmental and respectful of everyone’s strengths and talents. A person’s sense of wellbeing and self-efficacy is core to identity, connection, communication, and learning in the workplace.

VALUES

Peoplework psychology values excellence, equity, compassion, and social justice. We support every person to be the best they can be through providing the systems and structures to ensure success. We focus on relationships that enhance connection and belonging in a just society that recognises the interconnection of our local, national and global community.

MISSION

Peoplework psychology aims to integrate the science of organisational psychology with the art of education, transforming systems and processes in schools to make a difference to school leaders, school teams, school psychologists/ counsellors, teachers, students, and families.
